The gym is clean, great atmosphere and well equipped. I joined this gym about 3months ago to loose weight and also gain muscle. I wasn’t sure about anything to be honest but I knew I wanted a change. I got Josiah as my trainer and I have to say I am pleased. We made a plan for me. I already see, feel and weigh the difference. Everyone is so friendly from the brothers who own the gym to my trainer Josiah who is not only training me but also advising on what I need to do on my own to help keep the momentum and consistency. I can’t wait to see me every step of the way. I must say feels good to be complimented on the difference so far. Will keep going here for sure.
