At Talhan Training and Fitness, we aim to mentor kids to a better life. Our personal experiences have taught us that health and fitness is not a priority for youth in today’s world. With this in mind, our vision became clear. As the world around us is ever so changing, the youth has been deprived of the experiences necessary to gain crucial skills that will help them throughout their lives. We strive to instil fundamental skills in children that go far beyond what they will use in the gym.
